Who We Are
Adrix ("we," "our," or "us") is a software product operated from Switzerland. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you visit our websites (including adrix.ch and adrix.app), join our waitlist, create an account, or use the Adrix platform.
For privacy and general inquiries, contact info@adrix.ch.
This policy is intended to meet requirements under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Connected advertising accounts
When you connect an advertising platform (for example Meta, Google Ads, or TikTok), we collect the information needed to link that account and retrieve campaign metrics. This typically includes:
- Account identifiers and names
- Access tokens and refresh tokens
- Campaign, ad set, and ad performance data (such as spend, impressions, clicks, and related KPIs)
We only request access to the data required to provide the service you asked for.
Voluntary data
- Content you upload, such as profile pictures and organization logos
- Messages you send through the contact form
- Dashboard names, notes, and similar content you create in the product
How We Collect Data
We collect data:
- Directly from you, when you fill in forms, create an account, upload files, or contact us
- Automatically, through essential cookies, server logs, and — with your consent — analytics tools
- From third parties, when you connect an advertising platform or complete a payment with Polar.sh
How We Use Data
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Adrix platform
- Create and manage user accounts and organizations
- Collect advertising metrics from connected platforms and display them in dashboards and reports
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Send transactional emails (for example signup confirmation, magic links, invitations, and waitlist confirmation)
- Notify us of new waitlist signups so we can follow up
- Provide customer support and respond to contact-form messages
- Analyze usage and develop new features (analytics only with consent)
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the security of the service
Legal bases (where GDPR applies)
We process personal data on the following bases:
- Contract — to provide the service you requested (account, connected ad accounts, dashboards, billing)
- Consent — for non-essential analytics cookies and for waitlist/newsletter communications where required
- Legitimate interests — to secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve the product in a way that does not override your rights
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data (for example accounting or a lawful request)
Cookies and Tracking
We use:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to work (for example session, locale, and cookie-consent preference). These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies — used by PostHog (EU cloud) to understand how the product is used. These are loaded only after you click Allow on our cookie banner.
You can decline analytics cookies via the banner. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the site. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Polar.sh — payment and subscription processing
- Resend — sending transactional and waitlist emails
- PostHog (EU) — product analytics, only if you consent to analytics cookies
- S3-compatible storage — hosting uploaded files such as avatars
- Advertising platforms you connect (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others you choose) — to authenticate and retrieve campaign data
- Infrastructure providers that host our application and database in Germany
- Legal authorities, if required by law or to prevent fraud or abuse
Organization members can see data that belongs to that organization (for example connected accounts and dashboards), according to their role.
Data Retention
- User accounts — kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data unless we must retain it for legal reasons (for example invoices).
- Waitlist / newsletter emails — kept until you ask us to remove them or we close the waitlist.
- Connected-account tokens and campaign metrics — kept while the account remains connected and as long as needed to provide historical insights.
- Server logs — kept only as long as needed for security and operations.
- Cookie-consent choice — stored for 30 days, after which the banner may be shown again.
To request deletion or anonymization, email info@adrix.ch.
Your Rights
Depending on your location (in particular under the Swiss FADP, GDPR, or CCPA), you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive a copy of your data (portability)
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC)
To exercise these rights, email info@adrix.ch.
Data Storage and International Transfers
- Application and user data are stored in Germany.
- Analytics, if enabled, are processed in the EU via PostHog's EU cloud.
- Some processors may process data outside Switzerland and the EU, in particular:
- Polar.sh for payments
- Resend for email delivery
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) when you connect an account
Where we transfer personal data outside Switzerland or the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision where one exists, or on standard contractual clauses and comparable safeguards.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication and passkeys, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Adrix is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact info@adrix.ch and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify affected account holders by email at least 14 days before the update takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may delete your account and we will delete associated personal data as described above.
