A Panel Shows “No Data Available”

Check these first:

• Time range: does it include dates where data exists?
• Filters: are they too restrictive (especially platform filters)?
• Mode: is the panel set to the intended mode (standard vs query)?
• Plan: custom query mode is available on Enterprise.

Platform naming tip:

• Try values like GOOGLE, Google Ads, META, or Meta Ads.

“Too Big” Validation Errors

• Reduce the number of items in the panel query (for example measures).
• Split a large panel into multiple focused panels when needed.

Invalid Date Range Error

• Provide both startDate and endDate.
• Ensure startDate is not after endDate.

Delta Panel Shows 0 Unexpectedly

• In comparison queries, join behavior depends on query order.
• Put the broader range first (for example, 30d before 7d) when calculating deltas.

Preview Looks Right, Saved Panel Looks Different

• Re-run live preview after final edits.
• Check sort and limit settings.
• For tables, pagination and panel size can change visible rows.
